Today is the deadline for registering for the Memorial Day Tennis Round Robin. Drop off your registration and $10 payment (checks payable to Wexford Club) to Linda Merritt at 13020 Magnolia Crescent Dr. Cost goes up to $15 after today. Balls, beer, soft drinks, burgers and hot dogs are provided. All proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity. Come on out and play!

In anticipation of registration for summer programs at RAP tomorrow morning, I wanted to let you know that we have scheduled Wexford tennis camp for the week of June 28-July 2. This is the week following swim team and before the weekend of July 4. I’m hoping this will make things more convenient for everyone. The registration form is attached here and will also be in the Wexforum, due out later this week.

We are pleased to announce that our tennis court reservations will now be handled by ReserveMyCourt.com. This service will allow you to check on court availability and make reservations from the internet or via a toll-free telephone number. All court reservations will be handled through this system, so please follow the instructions below to begin.

1. Go to www.reservemycourt.com and click on Player Sign-Up to setup a new player account.
2. Select WEXFORD as your Home Facility.
3. Enter our Facility Code: 9393
4. Fill in the remainder of you information and click SUBMIT.
5. Login at www.reservemycourt.com or call 1-877-ON-COURT (662-6878) anytime day or night to reserve courts.

• You may sign-up for your player account immediately.
• All court reservations for April 1, 2010 or later must be made using either the online or telephone systems. You can begin to make reservations for those dates immediately after setting up your player account.
• Please continue to use the current reservation method for court dates prior to April 1, 2010.

Please be aware that all players may have reasonable limits on the length of reservations or on how far in advance they can reserve courts. These limits are not applied to team captains. Therefore, captains should register with a different Facility Code. Captains should contact at to receive their Facility Code.
