Architectural Control
The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for ensuring compliance with the design standards. They review proposed exterior modification requests by residents and work with the management company regarding violations and residents to resolve issues.

Clubhouse
The Clubhouse Committee is responsible for all activities related to the Wexford Clubhouse. This historic building needs an active committee to maintain and improve one of the cornerstones of our common areas. Contact Scheduling to book an event at the clubhouse. Communications
The Communications Committee is responsible for communicating Board events and news to the Wexford community. Currently, this includes publishing the Wexforum, the Wexford Web Site (www.wexfordclub.org), twice-monthly electronic mail updates and management of the announcement kiosks.

Welcome
The Welcome Committee is responsible for greeting new residents and helping them become integrated into the community. If you are a new Wexford resident, please contact us so that we can deliver your neighborhood directory and a nice welcome basket!

Civic
The Civic Committee is responsible for issues regarding the public affairs of the neighborhood. This can include serving as a liaison to local public schools or businesses as well as internal issues such as raising and lowering the Flag to half staff when necessary and the Neighborhood Watch.
