Closing Letters
Closing letters may be obtained by contacting Wexford’s property management company at the address below. Please allow at least five (5) business days to process the request. Expedited requests are available at an extra cost to the requesting entity. Please include the seller’s name, address, buyer’s name and closing date.

Wexford Residents
Remember to include the initiation fee for new homeowners in your real estate seller’s disclosure form. Effective January 1, 2008, there is a $400 initiation fee for new homeowners.
Closing attorneys will be requesting a closing letter confirming any balance you have with the Wexford Homeowner’s Association. Please be sure that the closing attorney contacts the management company at the above address at least one week prior to closing to ensure a smooth closing process.
