Clubhouse Rental
The Clubhouse Committee is responsible for all activities related to the Wexford Clubhouse. See the “Committees” page in the “For Homeowners” menu for contact information.
Rental Fees
$150 — General party rental; any party where key is out more than four hours (plus mandatory cleaning fee).
$200 — Damage Deposit (refundable)
$125 — Cleaning fee
$75 — Small party rental – three hours or less; key can be out no more than four hours (plus mandatory cleaning fee).
$35 — Patio Rental
$500 — Wedding ceremony & reception
N/C — Small Wexford functions (open to entire community)
N/C — General Wexford functions (open to entire community, mandatory cleaning fee absorbed by Wexford social budget).
In order to rent the clubhouse, you must be a Wexford homeowner and in good standing with Wexford Club Inc. Please note: rental of the clubhouse does not include use of the pool or pool area.
