Wexford Board of Directors

The Board of Directors and our committees are tasked with making all the decisions for our community. The board oversees all community operations, makes all financial decisions, plans the budget, and approves all vendor contracts. The board also approves any correspondence issued to our homeowners by our management company. The board and our committees work together closely to make sure that our community is running smoothly.

We encourage residents to contact a member of the board or committee representatives if you have any questions about Wexford or have a committee-specific concern.

ManagementPlus

ManagementPlus (our property management company) was hired by Wexford Club HOA to handle some of the daily operations of our community. ManagementPlus identifies and fixes community-related maintenance concerns, conducts our property inspections in collaboration with the ACC, they assist the board with vendor contract negotiations, compliance issues and managing our bookkeeping needs. As part of their contract ManagementPlus, charges certain fees for documents and services.

Our property manager is often visiting properties during the day so email is the most effective means of communication. Please allow at least 48-72 business hours for a response on non-urgent issues.
