We are happy to once again be awarding a neighbor with a quarterly award for their efforts to keep Wexford a beautiful neighborhood to live in.
Congratulations goes out to Rick and Joan Foltz of 605 Wexford Close for the 2nd quarter award. They have been here for 17 years and are continually upgrading their yard to make it an oasis to come home to. Throughout the yard there are many different areas in which to relax and enjoy the trees, flowers, water garden etc.
The next award will be given in October for the 3rd quarter. Below you will find the areas in which the Landscaping committee is looking for the next winner!

Neat, clean yard

Grass cut and edged

Use of color with plants and flowers

Nicely mulched (not faded or missing)

Shrubs trimmed and maintained

Overall appearance

Current on HOA dues

‘Stars & Stripes’ Parade

What: Join your friends in a rolling July 4th celebration and then head to the pool to cool off! All ages welcome! Wheels should be human powered and kids under 10 must bring an adult.

When: Sunday, July 4th – 12:30 p.m. Meet at Clubhouse Parking Lot

We will be looking for a Yard of Distinction every quarter starting with the end of the 2nd quarter of this year. Here is a list of the criteria that we will be looking for and are excited to see what beautiful landscapes you create. The winner will receive a yard sign placed for 2 weeks, $25 Pikes gift certificate and pictures taken and placed on our wonderful new website! Get ready, we will be looking soon!

There is no need to register again for this new website.  Your login accounts have been transferred over.  Your user name is the the first part of your email address that you used on the previous site.  Your password is the same as before.

You should find it easier to find news on this new site.  All the existing static pages have been transferred as well.  You can search back news using text strings or use the categories to the right hand side.  You’ll notice that the bulletin board items are there too, for easy searching.

You must log in if you’d like to see or post bulletin board items. To post a bulletin board item, log in and click the “Bulletin Board Entries” button to the left. There is a special field below the post for the price of the item to be sold.

More people will have the ability to post items. So the site should be updated more frequently.  You can also subscribe to an RSS feed.

The Wexford pool opens this weekend! Pool hours are Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please refer to the pool hours for the summer schedule and review the pool rules under the Homeowners section of the website.

Today is the deadline for registering for the Memorial Day Tennis Round Robin. Drop off your registration and $10 payment (checks payable to Wexford Club) to Linda Merritt at 13020 Magnolia Crescent Dr. Cost goes up to $15 after today. Balls, beer, soft drinks, burgers and hot dogs are provided. All proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity. Come on out and play!

Join the Social Committee for a rockin’ good time at the 2010 Cinco
De Mayo party on

SAT. May 8th, Ocho De Mayo. Festivities start at 7 p.m. at the Wexford
Clubhouse. Cost is $15 per person or $25 per couple. There will be
food and plenty of drinks provided, including the infamous Margarita
Machine. Live music will be provided by the local favorite Big Biscuit
Band.

Given the short notice and the loss of one of our kiosks for signs,
the social committee will be distributing flyers throughout the

per federal law, but may be attached to the posts or put inside door
