There are three lakes in Wexford, but only two have designated community property. There are signs posted at the lake gazebos indicating that it is available to all Wexford residents. Generally the land up to the water (except for designated community property) belongs to the homeowner whose home resides on the lake. Other than the homeowner, only the Wexford Homeowners Association may access the easement area of the lake and they may only do so for maintenance purposes. Therefore, please do not fish on private property, walk around the lakes or cut through private properties to get to community lake-front areas. If you do, you may be arrested for trespassing.
